These terms apply to your use of the Lea Roofing website and to estimates and services requested through it.
Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the roof at the time of inspection. If hidden damage — such as rotted decking or failed flashing — is uncovered during work, we will discuss the additional scope and cost with you before proceeding.
Service area
Lea Roofing serves Hueytown, Alabama and the greater Birmingham area. Availability outside this area is determined on a project-by-project basis.
Workmanship and materials
Workmanship coverage is documented in writing at project completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information. Project imagery is representative of the type of work we perform.
